🌿 Part-Time Gardening Facilitator (Memory Care)

Therapy Gardens is seeking a compassionate and engaging facilitator to lead small-group gardening activities with memory care residents. This role focuses on creating simple, meaningful experiences that encourage connection, conversation, and enjoyment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead small-group gardening and nature-based activities
Create a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment
Adapt activities to meet the needs of memory care participants
Encourage participation through conversation and hands-on engagement
Schedule:
Mondays and Thursdays, mid-morning, Norwood / Dedham area
Pay:
$30 per hour
Who This Is For:
Individuals with an interest in gardening, wellness, or working with older adults
Experience with memory care is a plus, but not required
Friendly, patient, and comfortable leading small groups
